Abstract
A positioning index generating apparatus configured to collect data generated by an action of a customer in each of a plurality of steps into which a product purchase decision step is divided and configured to determine a positioning index of a product based on data generated in at least one step among the plurality of steps.
Claims20
A method of generating a positioning index executed by a computing device, the method comprising:
- collecting data, generated by an action of a customer, in each of a plurality of steps into which a product purchase decision step is divided;
- and
- determining a positioning index of a product based on data generated in at least one step among the plurality of steps.
An apparatus for generating a positioning index, comprising:
- a memory configured to store one or more instructions;
- and
- a processor configured to, by executing the one or more instructions:
- collect data generated by an action of a customer group in each step of a product purchase decision;
- and
- determine a positioning index based on at least some data of the data.
A computer program executed by a computing device and stored on a non-transitory storage medium, the computer program causing the computing device to execute:
- collecting data generated by an action of a customer in each of a plurality of steps into which a product purchase decision step is divided;
- and
- determining a positioning index based on data generated in at least one step of the plurality of steps.
