Abstract
A system and method for monetizing a utility space, such as a utility space in a home, garden, lawn, building, office, warehouse, industrial premises, school and college buildings, auditoriums, resorts, laboratories, studios, film sets, restaurants, and the like. The method includes the steps of providing an interface for the space provider and the service provider to list their utility space and a service, respectively. The service and the utility space can be linked. Moreover, the method provides collaboration with third-party services, such as CRM services.

A method for monetizing utility spaces, the method implemented with a system comprising a processor and a memory, the system configured to implement a method comprising:
- providing an interface for a service provider, a space provider, and a user respectively;
- receiving, through the interface, from the space provider and the service provider, a listing of a utility space and a listing of a service respectively;
- and
- receiving a link between the service and the utility space.
A system for monetizing utility spaces, the system comprising a processor and a memory, the system configured to implement a method comprising:
- providing an interface for a service provider, a space provider, and a user respectively;
- receiving, through the interface, from the space provider and the service provider, a listing of a utility space and a listing of a service respectively;
