A resin composition containing 5 to 100 parts by mass of a glass filler, per 100 parts by mass of a resin component,

• the resin component containing 40 to 85 parts by mass of a polycarbonate resin that contains a structural unit represented by Formula (1), and 15 to 60 parts by mass of a thermoplastic resin other than the polycarbonate resin,
• the resin component and the glass filler demonstrating an absolute difference in refractive index of 0.0042 or smaller, and
• the resin component demonstrating a coefficient of dynamic friction, measured in compliance with ISO 19252, of 0.40 or smaller:
• (in Formula (1), R1 represents a methyl group, R2 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, and X1 represents either group represented by the formulae below,
• where, each of R3 and R4 independently represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, and Z represents a group that combines with C to form an optionally-substituted alicyclic hydrocarbon group having 6 to 12 carbon atoms.)
