An isolated single variable domain that binds to BCMA, wherein the single variable domain comprises CDR1, CDR2 and CDR3 selected from the group consisting of:
- (a) CDR1 having at least 70% sequence identity to an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs:
- 10, 13, 7 and 16;
- (b) CDR2 having at least 85% sequence identity to an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs:
- 11, 14, 8 and 17;
- and
- (c) CDR3 having at least 85% sequence identity to an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs:
- 12, 15, 9 and 18.
