1-33. (canceled)
An antibody that binds to tau-pS413, comprising a light chain and a heavy chain, the light chain comprising a light chain constant region having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:58, and the heavy chain comprising a heavy chain constant region having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:60, 63, or 68;
- wherein
- (a) the heavy chain comprises a VH having at least 90% amino acid sequence identity to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:56, the VH comprising a VH-CDR1, a VH-CDR2, and a VH-CDR3 comprising, respectively, the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:53, SEQ ID NO:54, and SEQ ID NO:55;
- and
- (b) the light chain comprises a VL having at least 90% amino acid sequence identity to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:36, the VL comprising a VL-CDR1, a VL-CDR2, and a VL-CDR3 comprising, respectively, the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:33, SEQ ID NO:34, and SEQ ID NO:35.
An antibody that binds to tau-pS413, comprising a light chain that comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:73 and a heavy chain that comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:74, wherein the lysine residue at the C-terminus of the heavy chain is absent.
