A compound of Formula (I):

• X1 is
• wherein ‘a’ and ‘b’ indicate how variable X1 is attached to the remainder of the molecule;
• Ry is halo;
• n is 0, 1 or 2;
• Rz is hydrogen or C1-4alkyl;
• X2 is
• which is attached to the remainder of the molecule in both directions;
• R1 is hydrogen;
• or C1-6alkyl optionally substituted with one substituent that is Het1, NR6aR6b, or —OR3;
• R2 is hydrogen;
• methyl;
• or C2-6alkyl optionally substituted with one substituent that is Het1, NR6aR6b, or —OR3;
• R1a is methyl or ethyl;
• R3 is hydrogen, C1-4alkyl, or —C2-4alkyl-O—C1-4alkyl;
• R5 is hydrogen;
• or C1-4alkyl optionally substituted with one substituent that is C3-6cycloalkyl, Het1, OR4, or NR6aR6b;
• Het1 is morpholinyl or tetrahydropyranyl;
• R4 is hydrogen, C1-4alkyl, or —C2-4alkyl-O—C1-4alkyl;
• R6a and R6b are each independently hydrogen or C1-4alkyl;
• Y1 is —S—, —O—, —CH2—;
• Y2 is —(CH2)m— or —S—;
• and
• m is 1 or 2;
• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, or a solvate thereof.
