Monomer (a): a compound represented by CH2═CH—[CH2CH2]p—[CF2CF2]q—[OCF2CF(CF3)]r—O—C3F7 In the formula, p represents an integer of 0 to 4, q represents an integer of 1 to 4, and r represents an integer of 1 to 4.
