Abstract
A blower casing having an inlet in a side wall thereof and having an outlet in an upper portion of a peripheral wall thereof, and an impeller to rotate within the blower casing take in a composite including solid resin through the inlet and throw the solid resin radially outward and toward the outlet, are included. Multiple crushing blades each of which is in the form of a saw blade are arranged at intervals on an inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall of the blower casing, the multiple crushing blades being configured such that the solid resin is crushed by collision with the multiple crushing blades.

An impact blower comprising:
- a blower casing having an inlet in a side wall thereof and having an outlet in an upper portion of a peripheral wall thereof;
- an impeller to rotate within the blower casing to take in a composite including solid resin through the inlet and throw the solid resin radially outward and toward the outlet;
- and
- multiple crushing blades each of which is in the form of a saw blade and which are arranged at intervals on an inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall of the blower casing, the multiple crushing blades being configured such that the solid resin of the composite is crushed by collision with the multiple crushing blades, wherein
- each of the multiple crushing blades includes teeth arranged in a line in an axial direction of the impeller, and the multiple crushing blades are arranged in parallel to each other at the intervals in a circumferential direction of the peripheral wall.
