Abstract
An image processing device includes a vision sensor and a processor. The vision sensor generates a plurality of events in which an intensity of light changes and generates a plurality of timestamps depending on times when the events occur. In addition, the processor may regenerate a timestamp of a pixel where an abnormal event occurs, based on temporal correlation of the events.

A dynamic vision sensor comprising:
- an event sensing pixel including a photodiode configured to convert light to electrical charges and an in-pixel circuit configured to sense a change of light;
- wherein the photodiode is disposed in a first semiconductor chip;
- wherein a part or whole of the in-pixel circuit is disposed on a second semiconductor chip;
- and
- wherein the first semiconductor chip and the second semiconductor chip are electrically connected.

An image processing device comprising:
- a vision sensor including an event sensing pixel that includes a photodiode configured to convert light to electrical charges and an in-pixel circuit configured to sense a change of light;
- and
- a processor configured to determine whether the event sensing pixel is a bad pixel and to treat the bad pixel;
- wherein a part of the event sensing pixel is disposed on a first semiconductor chip, and a remaining part of the event sensing pixel is disposed on a second semiconductor chip, and
- wherein the first semiconductor chip and the second semiconductor chip are electrically connected.
