Computerized Time-Based Response Method for Users of Electronic Text Messages and Emails to Automatically Categorize and Send User-Customized Electronic Text and Emails Responses Based on Respondents Reply Times and User-Defined Time-Based Scales

A computerized electronic text message and email response method based on the response time of respondents of electronic text messages and emails to automatically reply to the said respondents of electronic text messages and emails with user-categorized and user-customized electronic text and email responses based on respondents’ reply times and user-defined time-based scales, comprising of:

• operating, by a user, a computing device connected to a computer network with the capabilities to send and receive electronic text messages and emails;
• installing, by the said user, a software application to the said computing device, wherein the said software application is codified to process the instructions required to measure respondents’ reply times, to operate user-defined scales, to process the alpha and/or numeric based scoring calculations required to assign score values to respondents’ response messages, to select a category-specific response message from a digital library, wherein the said category-specific response message is correlated to a specific segment of the said time-based scale, and to transmit the category-specific response message with an assigned score value to the respondents and users;
• storing, by the user, a set of user-categorized messages, user-defined time-based scales, a user’s defined score system, and the coded software instructions required to correlate the said set of user-categorized messages, the user-defined time-based scales, and the user’s defined score system to each other, and the electronic text message contact information and email addresses of the person/people to be correlated to the said user-defined time-based scale and the said user-created user-customized messages into the memory of the user’s computing device;
• operating, by the user, the user’s computing device and the said software application to send electronic text messages and emails;
• receiving, by the user’s computing device, a response to the user’s sent electronic text message or email from the respondent;
• selecting, automatically, from a set of user-categorized messages, by the user’s computing device, a message describing and indicating the category and the score of the respondent’s text message or email response based on his/her reply time;
• sending, automatically, by the user’s computing device, the selected electronic text message or email response with a score value to the respondent to let him/her know the response score and to read the specific message correlated to his/her reply time and score value;
• receiving, the user, via his/her computing device, a copy of the scored electronic text message or email sent to the respondent.
