Abstract
A display device includes: a substrate having an emission area and a non-emission area; a first bank in the non-emission area of the substrate and having an opening; electrodes on the first bank and spaced apart from each other; a second bank on the electrodes; and light emitting elements on the second bank between the electrodes. The second bank has a first area overlapping the light emitting elements and a second area in the opening in the first bank.

A display device comprising:
- a substrate having an emission area and a non-emission area;
- a first bank in the non-emission area of the substrate and having an opening;
- electrodes on the first bank and spaced apart from each other;
- a second bank on the electrodes;
- and
- light emitting elements on the second bank between the electrodes,
- wherein the second bank has a first area overlapping the light emitting elements and a second area in the opening in the first bank.

A method of fabricating a display device, the method comprising:
- forming a first bank having an opening in a non-emission area of a substrate;
- forming, on the first bank, electrodes spaced apart from each other;
- simultaneously forming a first area of a second bank on the electrodes and a second area of the second bank in the opening in the first bank;
- and
- providing light emitting elements to the first area of the second bank.
