Abstract
Provided are a film insert molded article, an insert film, and the like that enable realization of complex shapes, that can prevent occurrence of cracks and breaks, and that have an excellent chemical resistance property and abrasion resistance property. This film insert molded article and the like are provided with a shaped curable insert film and a thermoplastic resin layer layered on the insert film, the insert film including a curable hard-coating layer which is uncured.
Claims19
A film insert molded article comprising:
- a shaped curable insert film;
- and
- a thermoplastic resin layer layered on said insert film,
- wherein, a curable hardcoat layer of the insert film is in an uncured state.
A method for manufacturing a film insert molded article, the method comprising:
- shaping a curable insert film;
- and
- forming a thermoplastic resin layer in which a molten thermoplastic resin is injected onto a surface of the insert film,
- wherein a curable hardcoat layer of the insert film is in an uncured state.
A curable insert film, comprising:
- a base material layer;
- and
- a curable hardcoat layer layered on the base material layer,
- wherein the indentation hardness of the curable hardcoat layer is 100 N/mm2 or more at 40° C. and 10 N/mm2 or more at 80° C., the indentation hardness being values according to ISO 14577-1.
