Abstract
A display device, an electronic device, or a lighting device that is unlikely to be broken is provided. A flexible first substrate and a flexible second substrate overlap with each other with a display element provided therebetween. A flexible third substrate is bonded on the outer surface of the first substrate, and a flexible fourth substrate is bonded on the outer surface of the second substrate. The third substrate is formed using a material softer than the first substrate, and the fourth substrate is formed using a material softer than the second substrate.

A light-emitting device comprising:
- a display area comprising a first transistor and a light-emitting element;
- a driver circuit comprising a second transistor;
- and
- a terminal electrode electrically connected to the driver circuit,
- wherein the first transistor, the light-emitting element, the second transistor, and the terminal electrode are between a first flexible substrate and a second flexible substrate over the first flexible substrate,
- wherein each of the first flexible substrate and the second flexible substrate comprises an organic resin material,
- wherein a third flexible substrate is over the second flexible substrate,
- wherein the third flexible substrate and the display area overlap with each other,
- wherein the third flexible substrate and the driver circuit overlap with each other,
- wherein the third flexible substrate and the terminal electrode do not overlap with each other, and
- wherein a Young's modulus of the third flexible substrate is smaller than a Young's modulus of the second flexible substrate.
A light-emitting device comprising:
- a display area comprising a first transistor and a light-emitting element;
- a driver circuit comprising a second transistor;
- and
- a terminal electrode electrically connected to the driver circuit,
- wherein the first transistor, the light-emitting element, the second transistor, and the terminal electrode are between a first flexible substrate and a second flexible substrate over the first flexible substrate,
- wherein each of the first flexible substrate and the second flexible substrate comprises an organic resin material,
- wherein a rubber is over the second flexible substrate,
- wherein a thickness of the rubber is greater than or equal to 2 times and less than or equal to 100 times a thickness of the second flexible substrate, and
- wherein a Young's modulus of the rubber is smaller than a Young's modulus of the second flexible substrate.
