A hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgment information transmission apparatus, applied to a terminal, and comprising:

• a processor, and a memory for storing an executable instruction of the processor;
• wherein
• the processor is configured to:
• receive downlink control information sent by a base station, wherein the downlink control information contains a priority of hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgment (HARQ-ACK) information of a corresponding physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH);
• determine a target feedback mode used for performing HARQ-ACK feedback on the physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) corresponding to the downlink control information according to the priority of the HARQ-ACK;
• and
• transmit corresponding HARQ-ACK feedback information to the base station according to the target feedback mode.
