Water drainage assemblies for aftertreatment systems

A water drainage assembly for an aftertreatment system, comprising:

• a first tube comprising a first end portion structured to be coupled to an outlet conduit of an aftertreatment system, and a second end portion opposite the first end, the second end portion defining a first opening;
• a second tube comprising a first end portion attached to the first tube, wherein the second tube extends in a direction away from the first end portion of the first tube, and wherein the second tube comprises a surrounding portion that surrounds the second end portion of the first tube so that a space is located between an inner surface of the surrounding portion of the second tube and an outer surface of the second end portion of the first tube;
• a drain port extending through the surrounding portion of the second tube;
• and
• a baffle plate disposed in the second tube, the baffle plate comprising:
• a central portion having a cross-sectional width equal to or larger than a cross-sectional width of the first opening, and
• at least one arm extending from a periphery of the central portion and attached to an inner surface of second tube,
• wherein the central portion is structured to inhibit water from entering the first opening and to guide water to the at least one arm, and the at least one arm is structured to guide the water to the space located between an inner surface of the surrounding portion of the second tube and an outer surface of the second end portion of the first tube so that the water exits the drain port.
