A compound represented by the structure of Formula IE:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof wherein:
- is selected from C3-6 carbocycle, 3- to 6-membered heterocycle, and 8- to 9-membered bicyclic heterocycle, any one of which is optionally substituted with one or more substituents independently selected from halogen, —OR11, —N(R11)2, —N(R11)S(O)2R11, —NO2, —CN, and C1-6 alkyl;
- is selected from cyclopentyl, cyclohexyl, and cycloheptyl each of which is optionally substituted with one or more substituents independently selected from halogen, —OR12, and optionally substituted C1-3 alkyl;
- R4 is
- wherein
- is selected from azetidine, piperidine, piperazine, morpholine, thiomorpholine, thiomorpholine 1,1-dioxide, and azaspiro[3.3]heptane any of which is optionally substituted with one or more substituents independently selected from halogen,
- —OR13, and optionally substituted C1-3 alkyl;
- RA is selected from hydrogen and fluorine;
- RB is selected from hydrogen, —OMe, —OEt, —CF3, —CHF2, —CH2F, methyl, ethyl, propyl, and isopropyl, wherein at least one of RA or RB is not hydrogen;
- R′ and R″ are each halogen;
- R1 is selected from —N(R21)C(O)R22, —N(R21)C(O)OR22, and —N(R21)C(O)N(R21)(R22);
