Substituted triazine compounds and uses thereof

A compound of formula (I):

• wherein:
• X and Y, independently of each other, is halogen, SH, SC(O)CH3, NH-lower alkyl, N(lower alkyl)2, NH-alkoxy or NHNH2;
• Z is hydroxy, halogen, heterocycloalkyl or NR1R2;
• and
• R1 and R2, independently of each other, is hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, cycloalkyl, unsubstituted phenyl or phenyl mono-, bi- or tri-substituted independently with NH-phenyl, halogen, hydroxyl, lower alkyl or NH-heteroaryl, wherein said heteroaryl is unsubstituted or mono- or bi-substituted independently with SH or NHCH(CH3)2,
• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
