Abstract
A highly-absorbent towel may comprise at least one pocket fastened to a material backing, wherein the pocket has an outer surface, on a side of the pocket opposite from the material backing, configured to wick moisture from outside the pocket to a removable absorbent insert inside the pocket, wherein the pocket includes a closable opening through which the removable absorbent insert may be inserted into and removed from the pocket.

A towel comprising:
- a pocket fastened to a material backing, wherein the pocket has an outer surface, on a side of the pocket opposite from the material backing, configured to wick moisture from outside the pocket to a removable absorbent insert inside the pocket,
- wherein the pocket includes a closable opening through which the removable absorbent insert may be inserted into and removed from the pocket.
A method of using a towel, the method comprising:
- pressing the towel on a moist surface, the towel comprising a pocket fastened to a material backing, wherein the pocket has an outer surface, on a side of the pocket opposite from the material backing, configured to wick moisture from outside the pocket to a removable absorbent insert inside the pocket, wherein the pocket includes a closable opening through which the removable absorbent insert may be inserted into and removed from the pocket.
A method of manufacturing a towel, the method comprising:
- fastening a wicking material to a material backing to form a pocket, wherein the pocket has an outer surface, on a side of the pocket opposite from the material backing, configured to wick moisture from outside the pocket to a removable absorbent insert inside the pocket, wherein the pocket includes a closable opening through which the removable absorbent insert may be inserted into and removed from the pocket.
