-32. (canceled)
A recombinant DNA molecule comprising the nucleotide sequence of:
- (a) nucleotides 104-7229 of SEQ ID NO:5;
- or
- (b) a nucleotide sequence completely complementary to (a),
A corn plant comprising a transgene integrated in the genome of said corn plant between SEQ ID NO:30 and SEQ ID NO:31, wherein the transgene comprises:
- a) a nucleic acid molecule encoding a glyphosate insensitive CP4 5-enolpyruvylshikimate-3-phosphate synthase enzyme operably linked to a rice Actin 1 promoter that confers glyphosate herbicide tolerance to said plant;
- or
- b) a nucleic acid molecule encoding a Cry3Bb protein operably linked to a CaMV e35S promoter that confers tolerance to corn rootworm to said plant.
