• the NaRE is determined by NRBsc*Nshsymb−NPRBDMRS−NPRBoh,
• the nPRB is the number of physical resource blocks (PRBs) allocated for the PUSCH,
• the NRBsc is the number of subcarriers per resource block (RB),
• the Nshsymb is the number of OFDM symbols allocated for the PUSCH in a duration,
• the NPRBDMRS is the number of resource elements allocated for demodulation reference signals (DMRS) for the PUSCH in 1 PRB,
• the NPRBoh is indicated by a first radio resource control (RRC) parameter, and
• the X is provided by a second RRC parameter.

A base station device comprising:

• transmission circuitry configured to transmit a downlink control information (DCI) format for scheduling a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH);
• and
• reception circuitry configured to receive the PUSCH, wherein:
• a size of a transport block received in the PUSCH is determined by NRE=X*min(156, NaRE)*nPRB,
• the NaRE is determined by NRBsc*Nshsymb−NPRBDMRS−NPRBoh,
• the nPRB is the number of physical resource blocks (PRBs) allocated for the PUSCH,
