A scaffold composition containing an organ extracellular matrix.
A method of preparing a scaffold composition, comprising:
- a process (a) of decellularizing an isolated organ tissue to prepare a decellularized organ tissue;
- a process (b) of drying the decellularized organ tissue to prepare an organ extracellular matrix;
- and
- a process (c) of gelating the dried organ extracellular matrix.
