Abstract
Disclosed are an image encoding/decoding method and apparatus. The image decoding method includes decoding coding mode information of a current coding block, dividing the current coding block into at least one prediction block, and generating prediction samples of the at least one prediction block on the basis of the decoded coding mode, in which the coding mode information is information Indicating any one mode among intra mode, inter mode, and hybrid mode.

A method of decoding an image signal, comprising:
- dividing a current coding block into a first sub-block and a second sub-block;
- generating a prediction sample of the first sub-block by using an intra prediction mode derived from a neighboring block, the neighboring block including at least one of a rightmost neighboring block among top neighboring blocks adjacent to the current coding block or a bottommost neighboring block among left neighboring blocks adjacent to the current coding block;
- and
- generating a prediction sample of the second sub-block by using the intra prediction mode used to generate the prediction sample of the first sub-block.
A method of encoding an image signal, comprising:
- dividing a current coding block into a first sub-block and a second sub-block;
- generating a prediction sample of the first sub-block by using an intra prediction mode derived from a neighboring block, the neighboring block including at least one of a rightmost neighboring block among top neighboring blocks adjacent to the current coding block or a bottommost neighboring block among left neighboring blocks adjacent to the current coding block;
- and
- generating a prediction sample of the second sub-block by using the intra prediction mode used to generate the prediction sample of the first sub-block.
A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing a bitstream generated by an encoding method, the method comprising:
- dividing a current coding block into a first sub-block and a second sub-block;
- generating a prediction sample of the first sub-block by using an intra prediction mode derived from a neighboring block, the neighboring block including at least one of a rightmost neighboring block among top neighboring blocks adjacent to the current coding block or a bottommost neighboring block among left neighboring blocks adjacent to the current coding block;
- and
- generating a prediction sample of the second sub-block by using the intra prediction mode used to generate the prediction sample of the first sub-block.
