Extended reality systems, apparatus, and methods for musculoskeletal ergonomic improvement

A system comprising:

• a first sensor;
• and
• an extended reality coach controller to:
• execute a neural network model to generate an avatar illustrating a first ergonomic position for a movement;
• cause an extended reality device to output the avatar;
• determine a second position of a body part of a user based on first sensor data generated by the first sensor;
• perform a comparison of the first ergonomic position and the second position;
• and
• cause the extended reality device to output graphical feedback based on the comparison.

A non-transitory computer readable medium comprising instructions that, when executed by at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to:

• generate an avatar based one or more properties of a user;
• determine a first ergonomic form for a movement based on the one or more properties of the user;
• cause an output device to display the avatar in the first ergonomic form;
• determine a second form associated with movement of the user based on sensor data collected via one or more sensors associated with the user;
• generate a graphical representation of the user in the second form;
• and
• cause the output device to display the graphical representation of the user with the avatar.
