Abstract
Provided is a composition for reducing heart rate, including a lactic acid bacterium belonging to the genus Lactobacillus. A subject is allowed to ingest a composition containing a lactic acid bacterium belonging to the genus Lactobacillus to reduce heart rate of the subject.
