Abstract
Methods and systems are provided for a microscope assembly. In one example, the microscope assembly include an objective arranged at a top of a plate and aligned with a first side of the plate and a tube lens positioned below the objective along the first side of the plate and spaced away from the objective. The assembly further includes a laser auto-focus oriented parallel with a height of the plate and a light source coupled to a central region of the front face of the plate, between the tube lens and the laser auto-focus.
Claims20
A microscope assembly, comprising:
- an objective arranged at a top of a plate and aligned with a first side of the plate;
- a tube lens positioned below the objective along the first side of the plate and spaced away from the objective, the tube lens coupled to an insulating camera mount;
- a laser auto-focus oriented parallel with a height of the plate, coupled to a front side of the plate, and aligned with a second side of the plate, opposite of the tube lens;
- and
- a light source coupled to a central region of the front face of the plate, between the tube lens and the laser auto-focus.
A quantitative microscopy assembly, comprising:
- a vertically oriented plate supporting a plurality of components, the components including:
- an objective arranged at a first, upper corner of the plate;
- a first optical path extending vertically below the objective, the first optical path enclosing a tube lens spaced away from the objective by a distance and a camera spaced away from the tube lens by a camera mount;
- a second optical path extending horizontally below the objective, between the first optical path and a laser auto-focus and above a light source, and
- a light source arranged below the second optical path, between the laser auto-focus and the first optical path.
An imaging system, comprising:
- a quantitative microscopy assembly with a tube lens separated from an objective by a distance along a vertical direction and a laser auto-focus aligned length-wise with the vertical direction, the laser auto-focus spaced away from the tube lens by a light source along a horizontal direction.
