Downlink control information transmission method, and communication device

A communication device, comprising:

• an antenna;
• a memory;
• a processor, coupled to the antenna and the memory respectively, and configured to execute executable programs stored in the memory to control the antenna to receive and send wireless signals and perform:
• sending downlink control information (DCI) based on a first mapping relationship, wherein the first mapping relationship is a correspondence between a resource quantity and a transport block size (TBS) value configured for a first kind of terminal, and the first mapping relationship comprises a first correspondence for a first modulation and coding scheme (MCS) and a second correspondence for a second MCS;
• wherein the second correspondence comprises a correspondence selected from a second mapping relationship between a resource quantity and a TBS value configured for a second kind of terminal and different from the first correspondence.
