• wherein the method comprises at least the following steps:
• the step of providing a metal plate;
• the step of providing at least two sections with a surface structure and one or more markings by means of an etching operation;
• the step of clamping the etched metal plate on a separate machine, wherein the markings are used for positioning and orienting the metal plate;
• the step of subsequently machining the first zone at least by means of a subtractive operation carried out on the separate machine.
