Abstract
An extendable hardware mount is disclosed. The mount includes a bracket and a rail system allowing the bracket to move between an extended position and a contracted position. The bracket may be detachable from the rail system. The bracket may include a securement system providing at least one securement location for equipment.
Claims15
A hardware mount comprising:
- a bracket having a securement system for equipment;
- and
- a rail system adapted to interface with the bracket, the rail system adapted to allow movement of the bracket between an extended position and a contracted position.
A hardware mount comprising:
- a bracket having a perimeter wall and a base, the base supporting a securement system for equipment;
- and
- a rail system including a slide detachably connected to a track, the slide being attached to the bracket such that the bracket is moveable between an extended position and a contracted position relative to the track.
A method comprising:
- mounting a hardware bracket to a surface that supports a display;
- and
- moving the mounted bracket along the surface between a contracted position where the bracket is obscured behind the display and an extended position where the bracket extends out from behind the display.
