Abstract
A method of treating human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-positive breast cancer in a subject in need thereof is provided, including administering to the subject an effective amount of a therapeutic agent that inhibits a nucleic acid that encodes FAK family-interacting protein of 200 kDa (FIP200). Also provided is a method of inhibiting metastasis of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-positive breast cancer in a subject.
Claims24
A method of treating human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-positive breast cancer in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of a therapeutic agent that inhibits a nucleic acid that encodes FAK family-interacting protein of 200 kDa (FIP200).
The method according to claim 12, wherein the second therapeutic agent is selected from the group consisting of ado-trastuzumab emtansine, fam-trastuzumab deruxtecan, trastuzumab, trastuzumab/hyaluronidase, lapatinib, margetuximab, neratinib, pertuzumab, pertuzumab/trastuzumab/hyaluronidase, tucatinib, tamoxifen, anastrozole, letrozole, doxorubicin, epirubicin, paclitaxel, radiation therapy, and combinations thereof.
A method of inhibiting metastasis of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-positive breast cancer in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of a therapeutic agent that inhibits FAK family-interacting protein of 200 kDa (FIP200)-mediated autophagy.
