System and method of propulsor management

A system comprising:

• a plurality of propulsors connected to an aircraft, the plurality of propulsors comprising a forward propulsor and at least one vertical propulsor, wherein each vertical propulsor of the plurality of propulsors is configured to operate independently from one another, wherein each propulsor of the plurality of propulsors is configured to operate with an independent angle, an independent torque, and an independent rotational direction;
• a fuselage of the aircraft, wherein the fuselage is configured to include a protective barrier and the forward propulsor is operably coupled to the;
• a plurality of electric motors configured to adjust a torque of each propulsor of the plurality of propulsors;
• at least a flotation device connected to the aircraft, wherein the at least a flotation device is configured to keep the aircraft afloat in a body of water;
• at least a battery housed in the at least a flotation device, wherein the at least a battery is configured to power the plurality of propulsors;
• and
• a computing device configured to:
• detect a torque of each propulsor of the plurality of propulsors;
• determine a flight maneuver;
• and
• adjust a property of each propulsor of the plurality of propulsors using the plurality of electric motors as a function of the detected torque and the determined flight maneuver.
