Abstract
A garment is disclosed including a top portion, a front leg portion attached to the top portion, a saddle attached at a first end to the front leg portion, a rear leg portion attached to a second end of the saddle, and a waist portion attached to the rear leg portion opposite the saddle.

A garment comprising:
- a top portion;
- a front leg portion attached to the top portion;
- a saddle attached at a first end to the front leg portion;
- a rear leg portion attached to a second end of the saddle;
- and
- a waist portion attached to the rear leg portion opposite the saddle.

A method of using a garment, the garment including a top portion, a front leg portion attached to the top portion, a saddle attached to a first end of the front leg portion, a rear leg portion attached to a second end of the saddle, and a waist portion attached to the rear leg portion opposite the saddle, the method comprising:
- applying the top portion to an upper body of a person;
- applying the front leg portion to a lower body of the person;
- pulling the rear leg portion and saddle portion between two legs of the person;
- wrapping the waist portion around a waist of the person;
- and
- securing the waist portion in front of the person.
