A portable pedicure case includes a tray received within a container and a removable foot rest base assembly received between the tray and a lid, the removable foot rest base assembly includes a heel rest and a foot rest supported on a base.

- a lid that attaches to the container;
- a tray received within the container;
- and
- a removable foot rest base assembly received between the tray and the lid, the removable foot rest base assembly comprises a heel rest and a foot rest supported on a base.
