Light system including an adjustment assembly to aim a light

A light system of a vehicle comprising:

• a. a connector housing;
• b. a reflector housing connected to the connector housing and being movable relative to the connector housing;
• c. one or more adjustment assemblies comprising:
• i. a socket in the connector housing;
• and
• ii. a rod in the reflector housing that extends into the socket and is rotatable relative to the socket so that the reflector housing is adjustable relative to the connector housing, wherein the rod comprises:
• an insertion member with a generally circular, oval, or teardrop cross-sectional shape to assist the rod in extending into the socket, wherein the insertion member comprises:
• a leading side;
• a trailing side that follows the leading side as the insertion member extends into the socket;
• rotation stops located within the trailing side;
• and
• steps located within the trailing side adjacent the rotation stops;
• and
• wherein the rotation stops and the steps form negative spaced therebetween that receive a portion of the socket;
• and
• wherein the rod has a length and a width with the length being greater than the width and the rod being rotatable around an axis of the length.
