Abstract
A tamper-resistant container defining an opening extending into a canister chamber. A lid is sized and configured to engage the canister rim for closure of the opening. The container is configured to be of a maximum height H less than or equal to 85% of a maximum width W.

A portable animal tamper-resistant container comprising:
- a canister having:
- a canister rim disposed about a central axis and defining an opening extending into a canister chamber;
- and
- a bottom surface opposite the canister rim;
- and
- a lid sized and configured to engage the canister for closure of the opening, the lid having an exposed top surface;
- the portable animal tamper-resistant container having a maximum width equal to a maximum width defined by the canister or the lid along an axis perpendicular to the central axis;
- the portable animal tamper-resistant container having a maximum height equal to the distance between the bottom surface of the canister and the exposed top surface of the lid when the lid is engaged with the canister rim;
- the maximum height being less than or equal to 85% of the maximum width.
