Resource transmission method, terminal and network device

A resource transmission method, applied to network device, comprising:

• detecting a status of a configured grant resource;
• sending a notification signalling according to the status of the configured grant resource, the notification signalling comprises configured grant resource status information, and the configured grant resource status information comprises at least one of an idle state and an occupied state;
• receiving a scheduling request SR sent by a terminal, or a physical uplink shared channel PUSCH transmitted on the configured grant resource.

A terminal, comprising:

• a transceiver, a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, wherein the processor is configured to execute the computer program to implement following steps:
• obtaining a notification signalling sent by a network device according to the status of a configured grant resource, the notification signalling comprises configured grant resource status information, and the configured grant resource status information comprises at least one of an idle state and an occupied state;
• selecting, according to the configured grant resource status information, a configured grant resource in an idle state to transmit a physical uplink shared channel PUSCH, or sending a scheduling request SR when the configured grant resources are all in the occupied state.
