Abstract
The display device comprises a substrate, a first electrode on the substrate, a pixel defining layer on the first electrode, the pixel defining layer exposing the first electrode, a light emitting layer on the first electrode exposed by the pixel defining layer, a second electrode on the light emitting layer, and an encapsulation layer on the second electrode, the encapsulation layer including a two-dimensional material. A slope of a 2D-peak position to a G-peak position of the two-dimensional material measured by Raman spectroscopy is within a range of 1.7 to 2.7.
Claims20
A display device comprising:
- a substrate;
- a first electrode on the substrate;
- a pixel defining layer on the first electrode, the pixel defining layer exposing the first electrode;
- a light emitting layer on the first electrode exposed by the pixel defining layer;
- a second electrode on the light emitting layer;
- and
- an encapsulation layer on the second electrode, the encapsulation layer comprising a two-dimensional material,
- wherein a slope of a 2D-peak position to a G-peak position of the two-dimensional material measured by Raman spectroscopy is within a range of 1.7 to 2.7.
A display device comprising:
- a substrate;
- a first electrode on the substrate, the first electrode comprising a two-dimensional material;
- a pixel defining layer on the first electrode, the pixel defining layer exposing the first electrode;
- a light emitting layer on the first electrode exposed by the pixel defining layer;
- a second electrode on the light emitting layer;
- and
- an encapsulation layer on the second electrode,
- wherein a slope of a 2D-peak position to a G-peak position of the two-dimensional material measured by Raman spectroscopy is within a range of 1.7 to 2.7.
A method of manufacturing a display device, the method comprising:
- preparing a two-dimensional material member comprising a multi-layer structure in which each layer comprises a two-dimensional material, a metal layer on the two-dimensional material member, and a thermal release tape on the metal layer;
- and
- exfoliating at least one layer of the multi-layer structure of the two-dimensional material member utilizing the thermal release tape.
