Wireless lighting control systems for intelligent luminaires

A wireless controller, comprising:

• a display device configured to display lighting system control features;
• a communication module configured to communicate wirelessly with one or more devices remote from the wireless controller;
• at least one sensor configured to sense at least one environmental condition at the wireless controller;
• a processor, and
• a non-transitory memory device communicatively coupled to the processor comprising instructions that are executable by the processor to perform operations comprising:
• receiving an indication of the at least one environmental condition from the at least one sensor;
• and
• automatically controlling at least one intelligent luminaire using the indication of the at least one environmental condition from the at least one sensor.

A cradle device, comprising:

• a power input configured to receive power from a power source;
• a first communication module configured to communicate wirelessly with at least one wireless controller remote from the cradle device;
• a second communication module configured to communicate wirelessly with at least one intelligent luminaire to control operation of the intelligent luminaire;
• and
• a first electrical interface configured to provide a charging power to the at least one wireless controller.
