A processing device inside or outside an antenna device, the antenna device including a first antenna array including a plurality of antennas arranged on a first straight line, and a second antenna array including a plurality of antennas arranged on a second straight line orthogonal to the first straight line, wherein a closest distance among distances between the plurality of antennas included in the first antenna array and the plurality of antennas included in the second antenna array is larger than an antenna interval of the first antenna array or the second antenna array,

• the processing device comprising:
• a first acquisition unit that acquires received values of signals received by the plurality of antennas of the first antenna array including the plurality of antennas arranged on the first straight line;
• a second acquisition unit that acquires received values of signals received by the plurality of antennas of the second antenna array including the plurality of antennas arranged on the second straight line orthogonal to the first straight line;
• and
• a calculation unit that calculates a two-dimensional incoming orientation of one or a plurality of incoming waves based on the received values acquired by the first acquisition unit and the received values acquired by the second acquisition unit.

A calculation method performed by a processing device inside or outside an antenna device, the antenna device including a first antenna array including a plurality of antennas arranged on a first straight line, and a second antenna array including a plurality of antennas arranged on a second straight line orthogonal to the first straight line, wherein a closest distance among distances between the plurality of antennas included in the first antenna array and the plurality of antennas included in the second antenna array is larger than an antenna interval of the first antenna array or the second antenna array,

• the method comprising:
• acquiring received values of signals received by the plurality of antennas included in the first antenna array;
• acquiring received values of signals received by the plurality of antennas included in the second antenna array;
• and
• calculating a two-dimensional incoming orientation of one or a plurality of incoming waves based on the received values of the signals received by the plurality of antennas included in the first antenna array and the received values of the signals received by the plurality of antennas included in the second antenna array.
