• monomer a:
• a compound represented by the following formula (1):
• CH2═CH—Rf (1)
• wherein Rf is a C1-8 perfluoroalkyl group,
• monomer b:
• a fluorine-free nonionic surfactant having a polymerizable carbon-carbon double bond, and
• monomer c:
• another monomer copolymerizable with the monomer a and the monomer b.
