System for providing aggregated patient data

A system, comprising:

• one or more processors;
• and
• one or more non-transitory machine readable memory devices storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to:
• provide first and second adapter modules, at least one of the adapter modules being associated with a healthcare device;
• receive, from one or more of the first and second adapter modules, one or more first messages in a first message format, and one or more second messages, from the second adapter module, in a second message format;
• generate, in an internal messaging format, from the first and second messages, a plurality of patient data objects corresponding to a plurality of patients, each of the plurality of patient data objects comprising patient identifying information and at least one clinical data item and at least one healthcare device data item;
• generate, from the plurality of data objects, a first plurality of patient deidentified data objects with the patient identifying information replaced with patient unidentifiable data, and a second plurality of patient identifying data objects without the patient identifying information replaced, based at least in part on predetermined access privileges of a first third party organization and a second third party organization, respectively;
• and
• provide, over a network, the first plurality of deidentified patient data objects to a first device associated with a first third party organization for display by a first graphical user interface based on a first transformation data rule, and the second plurality of patient identifying data objects to a second device associated with a second third party organization for display by a second graphical user interface based on a second transformation data rule.

A non-transitory machine-readable medium embodying instructions that, when executed by a machine, configure the machine to perform operations comprising:

• providing, in an interface system, first and second adapter modules, at least one of the adapter modules being associated with a healthcare device;
• receiving, from one or more of the first and second adapter modules, one or more first messages in a first message format, and one or more second messages, from the second adapter module, in a second message format;
• generating, in an internal messaging format, from the first and second messages, a plurality of patient data objects corresponding to a plurality of patients, each of the plurality of patient data objects comprising patient identifying information and at least one clinical data item and at least one healthcare device data item;
• generating, from the plurality of data objects, a first plurality of patient deidentified data objects with the patient identifying information replaced with patient unidentifiable data, and a second plurality of patient identifying data objects without the patient identifying information replaced, based at least in part on predetermined access privileges of a first third party organization and a second third party organization, respectively;
• and
• providing, over a network, the first plurality of deidentified patient data objects to a first device associated with a first third party organization for display by a first graphical user interface based on a first transformation data rule, and the second plurality of patient identifying data objects to a second device associated with a second third party organization for display by a second graphical user interface based on a second transformation data rule.
