Intelligent preprocessing routing to decisioning services

A system comprising:

• a memory;
• and
• a processor coupled to the memory, wherein the processor is configured to:
• receive a request to generate a prequalification result for based on applicant information;
• identify a plurality of rule sets for prequalifying an applicant for a set of lenders of a plurality of lenders, wherein each rule set corresponds to one of the set of lenders, wherein the plurality of rule sets are stored in a lender repository of a jailed and non-accessible environment, the jailed and non-accessible environment operating on the server and the plurality of rule sets in the lender repository being inaccessible to any user other than a user affiliated with a lender that provided a respective rule set;
• retrieve, by a decisioning service of the jailed and non-accessible environment, for the set of lenders the rule sets for prequalifying the applicant from the lender repository;
• generate, by the decisioning service of the jailed and non-accessible environment, in parallel, a respective prequalification result for each lender of the set of lenders using a corresponding rule set of the plurality of rule sets and the applicant information;
• return, by the decisioning service of the jailed and non-accessible environment, for each respective lender of the set of lenders, a status value of a corresponding prequalification result for the applicant;
• and
• transmit, to a client device, the respective status value for each of the set of lenders for display on the first graphical user interface on the client device.

A non-transitory computer readable medium storing instructions that when executed by one or more processors of a device cause the one or more processors to perform operations comprising:

• receiving a request to generate a prequalification result for based on applicant information;
• identifying a plurality of rule sets for prequalifying an applicant for a set of lenders of a plurality of lenders, wherein each rule set corresponds to one of the set of lenders, wherein the plurality of rule sets are stored in a lender repository of a jailed and non-accessible environment, the jailed and non-accessible environment operating on the server and the plurality of rule sets in the lender repository being inaccessible to any user other than a user affiliated with a lender that provided a respective rule set;
• retrieving, by a decisioning service of the jailed and non-accessible environment, for the set of lenders the rule sets for prequalifying the applicant from the lender repository;
• generating, by the decisioning service of the jailed and non-accessible environment, in parallel, a respective prequalification result for each lender of the set of lenders using a corresponding rule set of the plurality of rule sets and the applicant information;
• returning, by the decisioning service of the jailed and non-accessible environment, for each respective lender of the set of lenders, a status value of a corresponding prequalification result for the applicant;
• and
• transmitting, to a client device, the respective status value for each of the set of lenders for display on the first graphical user interface on the client device.
