Abstract
A fiber structural body includes cellulose fibers and a binding material which binds the cellulose fibers, the cellulose fibers are contained at a content of 50.0 to 70.0 percent by mass with respect to the fiber structural body, and the binding material is a natural component.

A fiber structural body comprising:
- cellulose fibers;
- and
- a binding material which binds the cellulose fibers,
- wherein the cellulose fibers are contained at a content of 50.0 to 70.0 percent by mass with respect to the fiber structural body, and
- the binding material is a natural component.

A manufacturing apparatus for a fiber structural body, comprising:
- a mixing portion of mixing cellulose fibers and a binding material which binds the cellulose fibers;
- a depositing portion of depositing the cellulose fibers and the binding material which are mixed together;
- and
- a forming portion of heating a deposit deposited in the depositing portion to form a fiber structural body,
- wherein the forming portion includes a heating section and a pressurizing section.
