Abstract
The present disclosure provides methods of treating or preventing fatty liver disease and/or lowering cholesterol and LDL cholesterol levels in a subject. The present disclosure further provides methods of lowering expression of Pleckstrin and Sec7 Domain Containing 3 (PSD3) in a subject.

A method of treating or preventing fatty liver disease in a subject in need thereof comprising administering to the subject a compound effective in lowering the expression of Pleckstrin and Sec7 Domain Containing 3 (PSD3), wherein the compound comprises a modified polynucleotide.

A method of reducing activation of ADP-ribosylation factor 6 (ARF6) in a subject, the method comprising administering a compound comprising a modified polynucleotide effective for lowering the PSD3 expression in the subject, wherein lower PSD3 expression provides for reduced activation of ARF6.
