Abstract
An organic light emitting device including a first electrode; a second electrode provided opposite to the first electrode; and one or more organic material layers provided between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein one or more of the one or more organic material layers include a compound of Chemical Formula 1 and a compound of Chemical Formula 2.
Claims11
An organic light emitting device comprising:
- a first electrode;
- a second electrode;
- and
- one or more organic material layers provided between the first electrode and the second electrode,
- wherein one or more of the one or more organic material layers include a compound of Chemical Formula 1 and a compound Chemical Formula 2:
- wherein in Chemical Formula 1,
- A, B and C are each independently a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic hydrocarbon ring;
- or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroring,
- X3 and X4 are each independently O;
- S;
- or NR,
- Y1 is boron or phosphine oxide,
- R is hydrogen;
- deuterium;
- a halogen group;
- a cyano group;
- a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group;
- a substituted or unsubstituted silyl group;
- a substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group;
- a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group;
- or a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group, and
- two or more adjacent R, A, B and C groups bond to each other to form a ring,
- wherein in Chemical Formula 2,
- R1 to R3 are each independently hydrogen;
- deuterium;
- a halogen group;
- a cyano group;
- a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group;
- a substituted or unsubstituted silyl group;
- a substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group;
- a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group;
- or a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group,
- a and b are each independently an integer of 0 to 7,
- c is an integer of 4 to 8,
- wherein when a and b are each an integer of 2 or greater, a plurality of R1s and R2s are each the same as or different from each other, and
