Abstract
A micro-light-emitting diode (LED) display includes a number of micro-LED pixel elements and multiple optical sensors integrated with the micro-LED pixel elements. A transparent conductor layer is disposed over the micro-LED pixel elements and optical sensors.

A micro-light-emitting diode (LED) display comprising:
- a plurality of micro-LED pixel elements;
- a plurality of optical sensors integrated with the plurality of micro-LED pixel elements;
- and
- a transparent conductor layer disposed over the plurality of micro-LED pixel elements and the plurality of optical sensors.

An electronic device comprising:
- a processor;
- and
- a micro-LED display comprising:
- a plurality of micro-LED pixel elements;
- a plurality of optical sensors integrated with the plurality of micro-LED pixel elements;
- a transparent conductor layer disposed over the plurality of micro-LED pixel elements and the plurality of optical sensors;
- and
- a readout circuit controlled by the processor and configured to read out the plurality of optical sensors.
