Integrating management of movement sessions with electronic record system reporting requirements

A non-transitory, computer-readable medium comprising instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform stages for report generation by integrating movement session management of subjects with reporting requirements based on an electronic health record (“EHR”) system, the stages comprising:

• receiving, with a server for a device system, subject information and a request for metrics information from the records system, the subject information corresponding to a subject associated with the metrics information of the request;
• generating movement plan options for the subject based on the subject information;
• receiving raw sensory data (“RSD”) associated with a performance of movements by the subject, the movements being included in a movement plan selected from the movement plan options, the RSD being obtained by sensors of wearable devices of the device system, the wearable devices being worn by the subject during the performance of the movements;
• determining, with a computing device, parameter measurements based on the RSD, the parameter measurements corresponding to performance parameters for movements included in the movement plan;
• identifying, by an integration agent executing on one of the server and the computing device, metrics values from the parameter measurements, the metrics values corresponding to reporting metrics required by the record system;
• and
• causing, with at least one of the server and the computing device, a report to be generated according to a format of the records system, the report including at least the parameter measurements identified as the metrics values for the subject.

A system for report generation by integrating movement session management of subjects with reporting requirements based on an electronic health records system (“records system”), the system comprising:

• a device system including a server and wearable devices;
• and
• a computing device;
• wherein the device system and the computing system include:
• at least one a memory storage including a non-transitory, computer-readable medium comprising instructions, and
• at least one processor that executes the instructions;
• and
• wherein the at least one processor executes the instructions to perform stages comprising:
• receiving, with the server for the device system, subject information and a request for metrics information from the records system, the subject information corresponding to a subject associated with the metrics information of the request,
• generating movement plan options for the subject based on the subject information,
• receiving raw sensory data (“RSD”) associated with a performance of movements by the subject, the movements being included in a movement plan selected from the movement plan options, the RSD being obtained by sensors of the wearable devices of the device system, the wearable devices being worn by the subject during the performance of the movements,
• determining, with the computing device, parameter measurements based on the RSD, the parameter measurements corresponding to performance parameters for movements included in the movement plan,
• identifying, by an integration agent executing on one of the server and the computing device, metrics values from the parameter measurements, the metrics values corresponding to reporting metrics required by the record system, and
• causing, with at least one of the server and the computing device, a report to be generated according to a format of the records system, the report including at least the parameter measurements identified as the metrics values for the subject.
