A method of inducing immune tolerance to myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) in a patient comprising administering to the patient an effective amount of a composition comprising an anti-DC-ASGPR antibody attached to MOG, or an antigenic fragment thereof.
A method for treating a demyelinating disease in a subject comprising administering to the subject a pharmaceutically acceptable vaccine composition comprising at least a first anti-DC-ASGPR antibody attached to myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) or an antigenic fragment thereof.
