Abstract
A wireless communication method, a terminal device and a network device are disclosed. The method includes: where there is sidelink data to be transmitted, a terminal device sending, on a transmission resource authorized by an uplink configuration, first data to a network device, wherein the first data is used for requesting that the network device allocates a sidelink transmission resource for the terminal device.

A wireless communication method, comprising:
- sending, by a network device, first configuration information and/or second configuration information to a terminal device, wherein the first configuration information and/or second configuration information is used for configuring a sidelink configured grant, and the sidelink configured grant comprises transmission resources and/or transmission parameters for sidelink transmission,
- wherein the sidelink configured grant comprises at least one of following:
- transmission resources and/or transmission parameters of sidelink channels, wherein the sidelink channels comprise at least one of following:
- a sidelink control channel, a sidelink data channel, a sidelink feedback channel and a sidelink broadcast channel.

- a processor and a transceiver, wherein
- the transceiver is configured to send first configuration information and/or second configuration information to a terminal device, wherein the first configuration information and/or second configuration information is used for configuring a sidelink configured grant, and the sidelink configured grant comprises transmission resources and/or transmission parameters for sidelink transmission,
- wherein the sidelink configured grant comprises at least one of following:
