Identifying a resource for transmitting a first uplink channel

An apparatus comprising:

• a transceiver that communicates with a user equipment (“UE”) in a mobile communication network;
• and
• a processor that
• receives, from the UE, a first uplink channel on a first uplink resource;
• receiving, from the UE, a second uplink channel on a second uplink resource,
• wherein the first uplink resource and the second uplink resource at least partially overlap in time, and
• wherein the first uplink channel is for a first transmission and reception point (“TRP”) and the second uplink channel is for a second TRP, wherein the first TRP is different than the second TRP.

A method comprising:

• receiving, at a user equipment (“UE”), a downlink scheduling assignment message assigning resources across a plurality of downlink slots for data reception of at least one transport block (“TB”);
• receiving the at least one TB on the resources across the plurality of downlink slots;
• and
• transmitting at least one hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement (“HARQ-ACK”) feedback for the at least one TB.
