A method of controlling a network that includes two or more logical broadcast domains, the method comprising:
- generating, via a controller and without human intervention, a first logical broadcast domain configuration of one of the two or more logical broadcast domains;
- and
- transmitting, via the controller and without human intervention, the first logical broadcast domain configuration to a second logical broadcast domain of the two or more logical broadcast domains, the controller to communicate with the two or more logical broadcast domains utilizing a unified networking policy.
A controller for facilitating communications among a network comprising two or more logical broadcast domains, the controller comprising at least one processor coupled to at least one memory device to:
- generate, without human intervention, a first logical broadcast domain configuration of one of the two or more logical broadcast domains;
- and
- transmit, without human intervention, the first logical broadcast domain configuration to a second logical broadcast domain of the two or more logical broadcast domains, the controller to communicate with the two or more logical broadcast domains utilizing a unified networking policy.
